I am a passionate, empathy-led and data-driven Mixed Methods UX Researcher with a Master’s in Psychology and a combined 6+ years of experience conducting impactful end-to-end Mixed Methods UX Research (4+) and extensive academic research (2+). I am passionate about creating intuitive, inclusive and impactful experiences by unlocking user insights while being a strategic thinker and skilled storyteller who translates complex user needs into actionable recommendations. I am also adept at stakeholder management and solving complex problems to deliver measurable business and user outcomes and committed to leveraging design thinking and research to drive innovation and meaningful impact.

I have worked on different UX Research projects from companies of all scales and from all walks of life – GenAI SaaS, FinTech, EdTech, B2B Enterprise SaaS, B2C, D2C, LGBTQIA+ and Online Dating using multiple research methods. I am always curious to know about people and how they interact with the products around them.

Along with end-to-end mixed-methods research, I had collaboratively constructed a psychological tool on religiosity and conducted workshops. I can work tirelessly to find solutions to user’s problems while at the same time using innovative and creative ways to ensure the business continually grows and the team develops.

My area of interest lies in building products from the 0-1 Phase and also improving the user experience of an existing product. I believe that we can achieve this by starting to think about the users. Who are they? Where are they from? What do they want? Why do they want it? How can our product help them get what they want?

I design a research strategy that empowers me to answer set questions in a data-driven way. I become an advocate for the users in a way, giving them a voice in the product development process.

If not researching, I would be busy exploring new apps coming to the market, knowing what features and services they are offering.
