About Me

So far, my study and internship experience mainly revolves around the fields of hotel management and human resources. During my undergraduate studies, I studied hotel management (human resources) at the Sino-Swiss Hotel Management College of Beijing Language and Culture University, and systematically mastered the core theories and practical methods of service industry management and human resources operations. Later, during my internship in the catering department and work hall of Jinmao Sanya Longwan Hilton Resort, I was deeply involved in the collaboration of the front-line service team, accumulated valuable customer service experience and understanding of human resources supporting hotel operations.

In order to improve my professional quality, I chose to study human resources management at the University of Sheffield. At this stage, I studied organizational behavior, relationships, performance management, strategic human resources management and other modules more systematically, and gradually clarified my future career direction for employee development and organizational culture construction.

My career ideal is to enter a company with an international perspective and engage in human resources positions related to talent development, training management or employee experience optimization. I believe that through the power of human resources, organizations can better inspire employee vitality, enhance a sense of belonging, and achieve sustainable development.

In terms of volunteer work, my ideal opportunity is to be able to participate in projects related to career development support, educational empowerment or cross-cultural communication. For example, I can assist young people in conducting career planning presentations, participate in talent development programs of social organizations, or provide adaptation and language support services to immigrants/international students. This type of volunteer work not only allows me to apply what I have learned to real life, but also allows me to continuously cultivate a sense of social responsibility and empathy.
