About Me
I am a Chemical Engineering student at the National Technical University of Athens with a strong academic and practical focus on economics, finance, and data-driven decision-making. Alongside my engineering studies, I have completed coursework in micro- and macroeconomics, statistics, business administration, and artificial intelligence, and have applied these skills through financial modeling, strategic analysis projects, and data-driven business simulations.
To date, I have gained early exposure to startup environments through volunteering in digital marketing and competitor research for a biotechnology startup, as well as through independent analytical projects focused on financial performance, market dynamics, and investment decision-making. My academic background has trained me to approach problems rigorously, while my interest in finance and technology has driven me to explore how data and research can inform strategic and investment-related decisions.
My long-term career goal is to pursue roles in consulting and investment-related fields such as private equity, venture capital, or investment banking, where analytical rigor, market intelligence, and structured thinking are critical. I am particularly interested in understanding how technology companies grow, exit, and attract investment, and how high-quality data supports better decision-making for both companies and investors.
My ideal volunteer opportunity is one that allows me to contribute through structured research, data collection, and clear documentation, while gaining hands-on exposure to real-world business and market activity. I am particularly interested in roles that emphasize accuracy, consistency, and critical thinking, and that offer the opportunity to work with real data in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. I value experiences where I can learn from professionals, take ownership of my work, and continuously develop strong analytical and research skills.
