My name is Mercy Edet Bassey, and I’m someone who values connection, reliability, and continuous learning. I’ve built a strong foundation through roles such as customer support, Admin work, virtual assistant, where communication, patience, and problem-solving were essential. These experiences taught me how to support others, stay organized, and work effectively in fast-paced environments.
I’m currently developing in-demand IT skills to strengthen my confidence with digital tools and better assist people with basic technical needs. My goal is to combine my interpersonal strengths with my growing tech skills in roles such as customer support, virtual assistance, or tech-support positions.
For volunteering, I’m looking for opportunities where I can contribute meaningfully while gaining experience—whether by offering customer support, providing virtual assistance, or helping a community group with communication or simple tech tasks.
