About Me

My name is Mercy Attah, am an IT Support Specialist (in view). I am undertaking my IT support course in Digital Witch Support Community in Nigeria.

My Career path is Project Management, a good Customer Support Person, Telehealth. Employing also my knowledge of health into digital space. I intend to find a career in same. what I have done so far is getting Skilled Up in some knowledge management tools like Google Drive, Drop Box, OneDrive, Media tools like Loom, Google vids, Communication(CRM) tools for effective Customer support like Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google chat, HubSpot, Fresh desk, Zendesk, and Intercom, Project management tools like Trello, Monday. com, Click UP, Asana, Zapier, Clockify, Time doctor, Flowva. I have explore this tools and have hands-on usage and experience om=n each of these tools , I have also done series of test projects to measure my knowledge of some of this tools all documented in my LinkedIn. currently in my training I am being introduce to Technical services and taught excellent Customer services.

I am looking up for volunteer opportunities to apply my knowledge of all tool I have experience on.

My ideal volunteer experience is on with ease, good working hours, flexible and a reputable company I can add to my work experience and most especially get recommended for Future jobs.
