About Me
I’m Mary-Queen Uchechukwu, a versatile professional with 10 years of work experience, including 5+ years in Administrative Support and over 7 years in IT Support, Technical Operations, and Community Management. My career began in administration, where I built strong organisational, coordination, and communication skills before transitioning into tech in 2020 through Frontend Development. Since then, I’ve supported teams by troubleshooting technical issues, managing ICT infrastructure, and optimizing digital workflows.
Today, I am advancing my career in Cloud Engineering and DevOps, gaining hands-on experience with AWS, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and monitoring tools. I also serve as an instructor and community leader, having trained hundreds of learners and managed large tech-focused communities that support skill development across Africa.
I aspire to build secure, scalable cloud systems, automate deployments, and contribute to high-performing engineering teams, while continuing to support emerging professionals through mentorship and knowledge sharing.
My ideal volunteer opportunity is one where I can apply my skills in IT Support, Cloud, DevOps, digital operations, or technical documentation, while gaining practical exposure, collaborating on real-world projects, and driving meaningful impact. I’m open to roles in cloud operations, DevOps support, IT support, workflow documentation, community/technical program assistance, or other technology-focused volunteer positions aligned with my growth path.
