Recruitment Key Responsibilities; Developing & Implementing Recruitment Strategies; creating and executing recruitment plans that align with the organisations overall goals and objectives. Leading & Managing recruitment; overseeing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing, Interviewing, Selection and communication of competitive offers to onboarding and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Reporting & Analytics; Track and report interview metrics, including candidate feedback, time-to-hire, and any recruitment challenges. Use data to continually improve the interview process. Onboarding Support; Work closely with HR colleagues to ensure a smooth transition from interview to onboarding for successful candidates. Compliance & Record Keeping; Ensure that all interview processes adhere to company policies, legal requirements, and best practices. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Promoting the Company Brand; representing the organisation and its employer brand to attract top talent. Update job descriptions (e.g. add tasks or modify requirements on jobs adverts), Draft compelling jobs adverts that reflects the role, align with the brand tone of voice and attract the right talent. Documentation & Compliant; to ensure all applicants meet the Asylum & Immigration criteria and that all documentation required at the interview is up to date and correct. HR Administrator Key Responsibilities; General Administration; Own and manage day-to-day HR Admin processes – including Onboarding, Offboarding, Contract Changes and HR Systems – ensuring all documentation and actions are accurate, compliant and on time. Inbox & Policy Support; Act as the first point of contact for HR queries in the shared inbox, providing clear guidance in line with policies and escalating appropriately when needed. Team Collaboration; Partner closely with the HR Advisor and to take Ownership of day-to-day HR coordination. Data Accuracy; Maintain accurate records in our HR systems, identifying and resolving data issues proactively and ensuring consistency across records. Letters & Documentation; Produce high-quality, timely letters and documentation for changes to terms and conditions, ensuring appropriate authorisations and process are followed. Onboarding & Offboarding; Coordinate onboarding for new starters to create a positive first impression and conduct exit interviewers to capture meaningful feedback from leavers. Piecework & Pay; Support administrative tasks related to piecework and variable pay arrangements, collaborating with payroll and managers to ensure accuracy. Employee Relations; Assist with HR Advisor with employee relations cases Working on employee-related issues like performance management, PPR, Grievances, Disciplinary actions, absences, Concern Meetings, Wellbeing planned, Mitigations or policy interpretation, seeking their guidance on navigating complex situations and collaborating to implement HR initiatives within team or department, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws. Ad Hoc Projects work such as data cleansing, streamlined HR Processes including Back to work interviews, Head Office Inductions, Leavers, Contractual Changes, HRIS and Probation Processes
