About Me

Hi, I’m Joy Onwusonye, a Virtual Assistant and Customer Service Rep with over three years of experience. I’ve worked with different teams, helping out with admin tasks, scheduling, email support, CRM updates, and making sure everything runs smoothly.

Right now, I’m going through a training program to strengthen my skills in CRM tools, lead generation, project management, and other admin systems. I’m really looking forward to putting what I’ve been learning into practice by gaining real hands-on experience in a real work environment.

I’m hoping to join a team where I can contribute, learn, and grow, especially in roles that involve admin support, client communication, or behind-the-scenes operations. I love staying organized, being part of a team, and getting things done efficiently.
