I’m an HR professional based in Serbia, bringing a mix of regional perspective and an international mindset. I have hands-on experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in recruitment agencies, where I led full-cycle recruitment and took part in business development meetings with potential clients. I’ve also worked as an HR Assistant and HR Support Officer across several companies, supporting onboarding and offboarding, payroll preparation, interview coordination and interviewing, internal documentation, employee communication, travel organization, and process improvement initiatives.
My recruitment experience includes customer service, BPO, blue-collar roles, tourism and hospitality, with some exposure to e-commerce. I’m now focused on gaining practical experience in tech recruitment, which is my main motivation for volunteering and professional growth.
