About Me
My journey into tech started with hands-on IT support and operational roles, where I supported teams, resolved technical issues, and helped keep day-to-day operations running smoothly. Over time, I found myself naturally coordinating tasks, tracking work, and supporting teams to stay organized — which sparked my interest in structured ways of working and project coordination.
As my career progressed, I expanded into healthcare claims and administrative operations, where attention to detail, documentation, and collaboration were critical. Alongside this, I upskilled in data analytics, working with tools like Excel, Power BI, SQL, and Python to turn data into insights that support better decisions and process improvement. Earning my Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) certification strengthened how I approach teamwork, planning, and delivery, and helped me blend agile principles into how I coordinate tasks and support projects.
I’m motivated by roles where technology, data, and people come together. My ideal volunteer opportunity is one where I can contribute through project coordination, data support, IT support, or agile team assistance, while helping teams stay focused, organized, and moving toward meaningful impact.
