About Me

I am well seasoned Customer Service person with over 15 years of experience in customer service and customer success roles, I have consistently delivered excellent support before, during, and after customer interactions.

Throughout my career, I have demonstrated strengths in effective communication, timely issue resolution or escalation, and ensuring customer satisfaction. My recent training in in-demand IT support skills has equipped me with hands-on experience using CRM tools such as Freshdesk and Intercom, and I easily adapt to new technologies and tools.

During my time at Keystone Bank, I was recognized for my efficiency and effectiveness, which led to my conversion from a contract to a permanent staff member. I was also trusted with multiple relief duties across different units, and bank branches thanks to my adaptability and ability to multitask.

I am excited  to volunteer , also to get  opportunity to contribute my expertise while applying my newly acquired digital skills to enhance customer experience and loyalty.

As a newly graduate I got a contract work with a financial institution , went through a month on the job training and was sent to a newly opened bank branch as the first customer service officer and our team grew the bank branch customer base and deposit, ensuring customer satisfaction by ensuring prompt response to  complaints, enquires. Working to maintain the bank transaction turn around time of 3 to 5 minutes for transactions.
