Hi, I’m Florence, a driven and enthusiastic individual with hands-on experience as a Virtual Assistant Intern at Vsavvy, where I supported clients with tasks like social media management, email automation, and calendar coordination. During this time, I successfully completed training in digital tools and client support, sharpening both my communication and tech skills.
My career path is focused on administrative support, Customer Support and Email Marketing. with a growing interest in sustainability and social impact. I aspire to work in roles that blend creativity, organization, and purpose particularly within mission-driven organizations.
My ideal volunteer opportunity would be one that allows me to contribute to marketing strategy, administration , or virtual operations while learning from experienced professionals. I’m especially excited to support causes related to education, clean energy, or community development.

At Vsavvy Academy, I participated in a hands-on virtual assistant training program focused on equipping aspiring VAs with practical, in-demand skills. During the program, I gained experience in digital tools such as ClickUp, Notion, Canva, Google Workspace, and Calendly. I learned how to manage client communication, set up project management systems, automate workflows, schedule meetings, and support online business operations. I also completed real-world tasks and assessments that simulated working with clients, helping me build confidence, professionalism, and efficiency in remote work environments.
