About Me

My name is Edeh Samuel, a student at Digital Witch IT Support Program. I have been training to function on various IT Support roles such as Virtual Assistant, Customer Service Representative, Lead Generator, Tele Sales, Appointment Setter etc, with the knowledge I have acquired on the use of  CRMs and some Project Management tools, such as Slack, Google Drive, Dropbox, Microsoft Teams, Monday. Com, Click Up, Fresh desk, Apolo.io etc, I strongly believe that I can function effectively on any of the roles mentioned above

My effective communication skill both written and verbal is also a great advantage to my career which will  positively impact any organization where my services are needed.

At Digital Witch, I supported some students who struggle with the use of CRMs, Provide valuable assistance to students having technical challenges, contributing to the growth of the community. I also played a key role in fostering team work and collaboration.

Before now, I have served as an accountant and an investory manager at Hotel de Bentley and Mayfresh Restaurant  respectively. In my role as an accountant, some of my roles are, keeping accurate financial record, prepare financial statement, Budgeting and Forecasting etc.

In my role as an Inventory manager,I control inventory, stock optimization, supply chain management, Inventory Audits, cost management etc.
