Shuimu Mental Wellness (AI Mental Health Platform)
Designed and delivered end-to-end UX flows and interactive prototypes for an AI-driven mental health counseling platform.Conducted user research and usability testing to enhance trust, accessibility, and engagement in AI-mediated support experiences. Collaborated with engineers to implement front-end interfaces using modern web frameworks and integrate LLM APIs for empathetic, real-time conversations. Partnered with cross-functional stakeholders to launch the platform on a public youth service network, serving 2,000+ users in the first week and supporting multiple real-time crisis interventions
