About Me
Hi, my name is Chioma Ogaziechi. I recently completed an in-demand IT Support skills training with the Digital Witch Support Community, where I gained hands-on experience in customer communication, CRM tools, appointment scheduling, task and project management, email management and marketing, telemarketing, lead generation, and basic workflow automation.
Before transitioning into tech, I worked in Digital Marketing and Human Resources. Through those roles, I saw firsthand how the right systems and digital tools can improve communication, streamline processes, and increase efficiency. That experience sparked my interest in technology and in using tech to better support people and organizations.
I’m drawn to SkilledUp Life because of its focus on practical learning, community impact, and real-world experience. I learn best by doing, building projects, working with tools, and applying knowledge in real situations.
Long-term, I aspire to grow into a systems-focused role. Building a strong foundation in IT support, operations, and automation is an important step toward that goal. I see volunteering as a way to gain meaningful experience while contributing value to the community.
At this stage, I’m seeking volunteer opportunities in Human Resources, Lead Generation, or Customer Support where I can apply my communication skills, use digital tools effectively, and support SkilledUp Life’s mission.
