I am an aspiring IT Support and Operations person with hands-on experience using tools such as Freshdesk , Hubspot CRM, Monday.com, Slack , Zapier , Calendly and Acuity Scheduling. I enjoy helping Teams stay organized, automating workflows, managing customer support processes and improving overall efficiency.

I am currently building my skills in CRM management, project management and no-code automation. I am eager to contribute, learn and grow by supporting real projects and working with teams who value organization , collaboration and problem solving.
