I am an aspiring IT Support and Operations person with hands-on experience using tools such as Freshdesk , Hubspot CRM, Monday.com, Slack , Zapier , Calendly and Acuity Scheduling. I enjoy helping Teams stay organized, automating workflows, managing customer support processes and improving overall efficiency.
