Hello! I’m Aniekeme David, a dynamic and technically skilled Customer Support and IT Support Specialist based in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria. With hands-on experience using top-tier CRM, helpdesk, and collaboration tools, I’ve built a strong foundation in delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving technical issues with precision and empathy.
Over the time, I’ve worked with platforms like Freshdesk, Intercom, HubSpot, Slack, and Zapier — streamlining workflows, automating tasks, and supporting users with clarity and care. My role at Digital Witch Support has allowed me to manage high-volume support tickets, create knowledge resources, and collaborate across engineering and operations teams to drive solutions.
I hold a Higher National Diploma in Microbiology and a Customer Service Support Certification, and I’m deeply committed to continuous learning. Whether it’s through webinars, tech forums, or mentorship, I’m always seeking ways to grow and give back.
My ideal volunteer opportunity is one where I can apply my technical and communication skills to support mission-driven teams, contribute to digital transformation, and empower others through knowledge sharing.
