About Me

My name is Adaeze Ugwaka and i hold a degree in English Language and Literature from Nnamdi Azikiwe University Awka, Anambra State. Over the past few years, i have gained practical experience working in customer service and administrative management in the retail industry where i developed strong communication, organisation and multitasking skills. I am currently a student at Digital Witch IT Support learning basic Tech skills.

I’m eager to volunteer as either customer support virtual assistant or administrative virtual assistant to contribute my experience while expanding my knowledge of remote work systems and virtual collaboration tools.
