I’m thrilled to announce our latest partnership, this time with a Manchester-based Accelerator, Accelerate ME.

Before 2025, if my memory serves me right, I have spoken at two previous cohorts, once in Salford Quays Media City and the other time at Manchester Science Park. But these were well before the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic. In 2025, I attended a female founder event hosted by the Masood Entrepreneurship Centre at Alliance Manchester Business School, which was organised by Accelerate ME. As a result, I was invited on 8th April 2025 to share my experience and knowledge of tech entrepreneurship with Accelerate ME’s current cohort of tech startups. This led to the partnership.

Each year, Accelerate ME welcomes 10 to 15 startups into a 12-week intensive programme, where they get access to equity-free funding, expert-led workshops and mentorship. The accelerator programme is designed to help student pre-seed startups accelerate their growth and equip them with everything they need to take their ideas off the ground. The current cohort includes 13 startups, of which Prana Tech is a customer of SkilledUp Life and a Member of Techcelerate.

The partnership allows Accelerate ME cohort tech startups to gain a 20% discount on all plans during the first year of usage. Once subscribed, cohort tech startups can start to accelerate further by building multiple teams:

• Validate the idea systematically.
• Turn the validation into an operational product.
• Grow revenues by building:
  • Demand generation (marketing).
  • Sales and customer acquisition.
  • Customer support.
  • Operational.

They can even build a funding team to raise venture capital after gaining initial traction. We look forward to helping as many Accelerate ME cohort tech startups as possible.
