At SkilledUp Life, our mission is clear: to provide individuals with hands-on experience in the tech ecosystem while helping startups access talented individuals who can drive their visions forward. We’re thrilled to announce that Eko Institute has officially joined us as a partner by signing our none commercial Memorandum of Understanding (MoU).
This exciting partnership was solidified just in time for the 6th edition of the Art of Technology Lagos (AOT Lagos) conference, held on December 5th, 2024, at the Landmark Event Centre, Lagos, Nigeria. The event, themed “AI & The Lagos Digital Economy,” showcased how artificial intelligence is reshaping industries across Africa. Though I, as the Head of Partnership, was unable to attend, our robust representation included the Head of African Operations and Global Sales, Abidemi,Olaitan-Hambolu, Volunteer Acquisition Specialist, Odafe, and our Country Head, Terhile, who networked and shared SkilledUp Life’s vision at this prestigious event.
The Power of Partnerships
Our collaboration with Eko Institute opens up incredible opportunities. By working together, we’re not only empowering tech enthusiasts and startups in Lagos but also driving global conversations about innovation and digital transformation. SkilledUp Life’s platform bridges the gap between individuals looking to gain experience and startups in need of skilled talent—a win-win for all.
And this is just the beginning. Eko Institute joins a growing list of partners, including Utiva, Digital Witch, HerTechTrail and many more. These partnerships enable us to:
- Provide real-life experience to individuals who have completed tech courses.
- Help startups build formidable teams by connecting them to SkilledUp Life Volunteer talent.
- Contribute to the growth of Africa’s burgeoning tech ecosystem.
