Exciting news. SkilledUp Life has partnered with our tech startup customer, Yai Digital, to support the ContentLift Hackathon – a global initiative where SkilledUp Life’s Volunteers and AI come together to create content that’s not just good enough, but exceptional.
Key dates to note are:
- Applicants Registration deadline: 30 September 2025
- Hackathon live: 1–31 October 2025
- Live showcase: 12 November 2025
Whilst every SkilledUp Life Volunteer can enter, the ContentLift Hackathon is ideal for those who want to focus their career in marketing. You will compete in producing high-quality AI-generated content. Participants can enter blog, image or video categories. Using ContentLift — an AI-powered tool that evaluates clarity, tone, readability and factual accuracy — SkilledUp Lifers will refine their work before final submission.
Free to enter, the Hackathon culminates in a live showcase on 12 November 2025, where top creators will be featured and recognised.
Throughout October, participants will:
- Refine AI-generated content with expert feedback.
- Create campaigns (text, images, video) using AI.
- Build their portfolios with real briefs from brands.
- Gain recognition in a live global competition – with cash prices up for grabs.

About Yai Digital
YAi Digital is a UK-based Pre-Seed funded tech startup offering an AI-powered content creation and quality management platform, aimed at marketers, brands and agencies. YAi combines content generation with quality control. You can use it to create content (blogs, images and short-form videos) that’s aligned with your brand. Their “ContentLift” feature is designed to assess and improve content—not only newly generated content, but also content you upload from elsewhere. It scores on metrics like factual accuracy, tone of voice, clarity, readability, structure, sourcing, etc.
YAi Digital was founded in 2023 by Yana Lapitskaya, Jessy Conflon, and Vyacheslav Lukin. In March 2025 they raised about £250,000 in a SEIS (Seed Enterprise Investment Scheme) round, led by Jenson Ventures, to help build out product development, hire staff, and grow in the UK/European markets. After raising investment, Yai Digital became a customer of SkilledUp Life, blending paid talent with SkilledUp Lifers, extending the runway and reducing premature founder equity dilution. At the same time, SkilledUp Life helps Jenson Ventures reduce dilution of their equity stake.
