my name is Chidiebele Anaduaka, and I’m excited to introduce myself as a passionate customer support specialist, customer representative and executive assistant you can truly count on.  I bring calm, solution focused mindset to every interaction whether it’s helping a customer troubleshoot an issue, tracking an order or simply making sure they feel heard and cared for.

I believe great support isn’t just about solving problems but, it’s about creating trust and making the customer feel valued. I have worked with E-commerce businesses, Saas companies and CEO’s managing customer enquires through E-mail, chat and phone. I have vast knowledge of tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk, Hubspot, Intercom, Shopify, Clickup, Asana, Trello, Calendly, Google workspace etc.

My career path is focused on growing into leadership roles within operations, customer success or executive support. I am especially interested in positions that allow me to improve customer experience and contribute to strategic decision making.  long term, I aspire to become an operation manager or customer experience leader who helps organizations scale sustainably while managing excellent service standard.
