My name is Marcelina Eke, I am passionate about books, education and youth development. I run a bookstore and stationery business , and I have seen firsthand how important reading is in shaping young minds.

To grow and exppand more impact – driven opportunities, I’m seeking a volunteer role in business development and sales , where I can apply my sales experience , communication skills and creativity.

My goal is to contribute to a team while also learning and gaining international experience to improve myself and my community.

IT Support Intern Provided technical support to over 150+ students, resolving access issues related to recorded training materials and digital platforms. Successfully liaised with trainers by collecting and submitting users’ email addresses to restore platform access within 24–48 hours. Gained hands -on experience with CRM and project management tools, including HubSpot, Monday.com, Zendesk, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, and Freshdesk. Collaborated with a support team to monitor and troubleshoot system issues, improving user satisfaction and reducing recurring access complaints. Contributed to a smoother learning experience by maintaining accurate records of user complaints and resolutions.
