At Karmel, I worked as an admin assistant, I managed leaders and also ensured that each small unit within the local assembly grew and multiplied through leadership development (scheduling of weekly and monthly training), outreaches etc. I also ensure that these leaders were onboarded on leaders portal where they submit weekly reports of work done, I maintained and managed each individual account to ensure that reports are up to date and also solved login issues and helped with onboarding process.
