Leading engagement with PE/VC clients, responsible for identifying commercial opportunities, collaborating with business development team to close sales, and delivering investment advisory projects. •Conducting technology industry research for US, UK and European markets, monitoring market transactions, advising on growth strategies and screening M&A opportunities. •Delivering and managing advisory projects for clients, including financial valuations, acquisition scans, and strategic partnership opportunity assessments. •Analyzing new market opportunities for clients, leading industry research to identify market size and model growth forecasts, benchmark financial performance, performance price analysis. •Communicating with clients through preparing company and industry profiles, publishing case studies, delivering webinars, and creating and delivering client presentations. •Advising on deal execution and managing due diligence process for investor clients. Evaluating target firms: identify management teams, assess target's market positioning, competitive analysis, growth opportunities, and identifying capital structure, conduct financial analysis and forecast to determine investment returns. •Valuing targets with both DCF and multiples (Comps and Precedents) leveraging in-house industry multiples database. Develop 3-statement financial models and forecast growth sensitivity & scenarios. Create investment pitch deck for clients.
