Step 5:
Volunteers: Apply for the best-fit Opportunity that aligns with your career path.
Step 6:
Companies: Review the applicants, pre-qualify, interview and recruit the best-fit Volunteer for each of the Volunteer roles.
Step 7:
Ensure both parties sign a Volunteer Agreement before volunteering commences. Make sure onboarding & training happens in the first week for a smoother Volunteer experience.
Step 8:
System, processes and tools need to be deployed to get the best "win win" for Volunteers and Companies. Ensure swift off-boarding and issue of testimonials.

- Those in employment and in 30s and 40s exploring career transitions. SkilledUp Life gives them a safe environment to acquire Experience and Skills needed.
- Middle aged and retired with immense experience wanting to give back and help a young tech company survive and grow.
