Efficiently manage resolution of disputed transactions in collaboration with Customer Support and other business partners. • Checking documentation, deciding if chargebacks are valid, maintaining a positive relationship with merchants, and finding ways to reduce the degree of chargebacks • Resolves disputes between banks or non-bank financial institutions and customers in an amicable, balanced and timely manner and also oversees the effectiveness and impartial resolution of disputes and complaints. • Analyses, interprets and resolves customers ATM/POS/WEB/RECHARGE/BILL PAYMENT/DATA complaints on different card types (visa, verve and mastercard) lodged against the bank via email, chat and on the dispute platform within expected TAT which maximizes customer’s patronage in Electronic product services. • Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external customers • Collects EOD activity report from various team members for review and onward processes to line Manager • Liaising with third party processors for resolutions on USSD and Firstmobile logged cases. Engage with Interswitch, Telcoms and other third parties to confirm failed and successful transaction as regards complaints for quick resolutions
