1. - Responsible for designing and developing process monitoring, input, output and outcome monitoring and Designing of Monitoring framework based on the results framework of the project. - Designing of all required formats for the data collection for all stages of the project monitoring framework. - Carrying out required training and capacity building sessions for the staff and other relevant stakeholders. - Designing of required project monitoring plan and preparation of an action plan for the project monitoring. - Designing and developing an evaluation framework for the project progress evaluation. - Designing of results framework for the project to ensure the expected results are well defined and in accordance with the project objectives. - Represent the project for all forums and ministry meetings and national level forums. - Prepare all required reports, presentations, data analysis and database management. - Supervision, direction and mentoring of all subordinate officers under the Project Monitoring division of the project. - Preparation of Annual Work plans, Budgets, Operational plans, and procurement plans for the projects. - Preparation of Project Operation Manual (POM). - Designing and implementation of project database online and designing of a project website with the online database and other resources. - Periodic supervision of project field level implementation and do required adjustments ensuring the project tracks correctly and achieving required results. - Preparation of all project reports including Monthly Progress Reports, Quarterly reports, Annual reports, various presentations, web articles, TORs, MOUs, PFRs and various other documents required by the projects. - Ensure the application of climate-smart aspects under road development activities ensuring restoring of carbon footprints damaged due to road rehabilitation with community participation.
