Hi my name is Muhanad Galaleldin,I am Knowledgable and dedicated person,solid team player with outgoing,possitive demeanor and proven skills in stablishing rapport with clients,motivated.Versed in troublshooting and desk support on windows .Eager to apply personal technological expertise to support tasks and keen technical judgment to fast-paced personnel delegation.willing to learn and enhace my skills.

I have built up lots of experience on customer service and making rapport with clients,I worked so hard to achieve my goals and continue to gain more knowledge and skills, I have recently  gained Functional skills in Mathematics which helps me and develope my problem salving skills in real life,I am interested in finding new skills to learn as a voluntary in Tech.I am constantly eager to learn and currently selfstudying Cloud Technologies.
