Bachelor of Arts Honours in Integrated Organisational Communication Student, I have also completed a Diploma in Public Relations, Bachelor of Arts in Communication Science (UNISA) and hold certificates in Generic Management NQF 5, Business & Office Administration, Computer Literacy, and Microsoft Digital Literacy. I am an ambitious, outgoing individual who seeks extensive adventure in everything! Working toward achievement, I am open-arms to opportunities that will broaden my horizon. • Arranges meetings by scheduling appropriate meeting times, booking rooms, and planning refreshments • Manages correspondence by answering emails and sorting mail • Assists in planning and arranging events and training, including organizing catering • Answer’s phone calls and transfer them as necessary • Drafts, formats, and prints relevant documents • Maintains stock lists and orders office supplies as needed • Manages staff expense requests and timesheets • Interacts with managers and carries out their requests • Creates agendas and takes meeting notes • Assists in purchase orders and invoicing • Manages outgoing post and records data on special deliveries • Photocopies and files appropriate documents as needed • Attends workshops and conferences when requested • Assisting in finance and procurement department • Assist with logistical responsibilities including post, courier, office management; • Provide efficient administrative and organizational support to the project; facilitate printing, equipment, and other project requirements; • Maintain databases and file project-related documents; • Maintain assets database for the Project and ensure that assets for the project are properly managed; • Liaise with Support Services; • Process claims and other payments; • Facilitate travel arrangements for Project-based staff and data collectors as and when required.
