As a Business Analyst my role is to act as communication bridge between IT and Business and oversee all business processes and systems are being utilized effectively. Assist in performing business analysis tasks such as requirement elicitation, URS drafting and analysis. I contribute to the product definition and design to ensure that new products and services align with existing fulfilment and assurance principles and exceptions can be accommodated in optimized product-specific processes.
