About Me

🔴An outcome/result-oriented person, having a sense of dignity, a strong sense of responsibility, flexibility, adaptability, an endless desire to learn, attention to detail, motivated.

🔴Currently, I am a Ph.D. candidate of retail management which hugely contributed me to develop my research and analytical skills. In this stage, I experienced qualitative research such as interviews and quantitative methods such as survey design, statistical analysis, and experimental design.

🔴Expert in agile methodologies. Having start-up experience from A-Z, acting as a bridge among diverse teams such as HR, IT, Product, Network, Sales with the customer service team. My problem-solving skills and creativity assisted me to come up with effective solutions for customer problems quickly and I was chosen as the best employee of the month in September 2017 based on “Simplicity and Process Optimization” metrics.

🔗Based on these experiences, plus a high communication skill, I always paired up with different product managers and IT team new members to give feedback about our users, issues, recommendations to improve our product (web/app). I love this engagement with tech (coders) and product teams.
