About Me
I am proactively motivated master’s degree graduate with passion for HRM.
Through studies and work experiences I have familiarized with various
organizational systems such as SAP ERP, Salesforce, ATS, HR partner and such
HR techniques as 360 evaluation, workforce administration, onboarding
processes became my interest areas. Therefore, my goal now is to work with HR
processes by providing the best results. I am a quick learner and navigate well in
different programs, as digitalization is a natural tool which I have used in my
previous work experience as well as daily life. Moreover, being a good
communicator at different organizational levels with an interest in people makes
me a great teammate.
