About the Opportunity

SkilledUp Life is looking for a Customer Service Associate to help our members complete their profile and answer their questions about SkilledUp Life. No prior experience is needed, but we prefer someone who loves helping people and has an interest in the Tech industry.



-Fluent in English, especially writing skills

-Good Communication skills

-Tech savvy

-Computer with internet access

-Knowledge about the Tech industry is an added advantage


Your Responsibilities

Working with our CEO and Head of Community, your role includes:

-Reaching out to members warmly and assisting them complete their SkilledUp Life Profiles.

-Answer basic questions from members about how SkilledUp Life works.

-Bring any member issues, concerns and complaints to the notice of the Management.
