We are creating a platform that will help organisations recruit without bias and the platform uses behavioural and AI algorithms to help achieve this vision. About the role
Compaira is looking for a Customer Service Associate to help our customers complete their profiles and answer their questions about Compaira.
-Fluent in English
-Good Communication skills
-Computer with internet access
-Reaching out to our customers warmly and assisting them complete their Compaira Profiles.
-Answer basic questions from customers about how Compaira works.
-Bring any customer issues, concerns and complaints to the notice of the Management.
