Code of Conduct for Volunteers
You cannot gain financially or benefit in kind by volunteering through SkilledUp Life. Volunteering is 100% remote and should not result in the Volunteer having to travel to a destination demanded by the Company s/he volunteers for. Any costs associated with Internet access and use of a computer shall be borne by the Volunteer. You cannot demand payment of such costs from Companies.
Code of Conduct for Companies
Volunteering is non-instrusive. Companies shall not demand from Volunteers that they sacrifice their paid employment, freelancing or contract works in order to fulfil volunteering obligations as agreed in the Volunteer agreement. This also include other activities undertaken by the Volunteer including higher education (University degrees, Bootcamps, etc).
