When we first went live in August 2020, Manoj, our Founder created SkilledUp Life over 3 days using a WordPress framework, which included WordPress, a theme and a number of plugins (“the application”). We continued to operate it during our first three years of operation without a major upgrade.
We then had three choices:
- Ditch WordPress and code from scratch.
- Replace it with a more recent WordPress framework.
- Continually develop the current Framework.
We wasted many months trying migrate to a modern WordPress framework. As it was taking time, we finally decided to refine and develop the current framework.
